Privacy statement

This statement covers the personal data DORN collects when reaching out to prospective clients, and the personal data supplied by anyone who contacts the studio directly.

What we collect

Names, roles and business email addresses (including a practice’s general address) of architecture, design and development professionals, gathered from publicly available sources: practice websites, architecture news and project listings, professional registers and directories, published job advertisements, and the public company registers (KvK, Companies House). Each detail is recorded with its source and the date it was collected, for the purpose of direct outreach about DORN’s services.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest: outreach is limited to professionals whose role is directly relevant to DORN’s services, sent on a small scale, and never sold or shared with third parties.

Retention

Contact details of anyone who does not become a client are removed 12 months after outreach ends, or sooner on request. A request not to be contacted again is kept permanently, as the email address only, so that it can be honoured.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.
